The terms that govern your use of Renty
Last updated: 24 June 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Renty, a rental-property management app provided by MindMelt Corp ("we", "our", "us"). By installing or using Renty, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Renty is a tool to help you record and organize information about your rental properties, tenants, payments, and expenses, and to generate receipts for your own records. Renty is not a bank, payment processor, accounting system, or provider of legal, tax, or financial advice. Receipts and reports generated by the app are for your convenience; you are responsible for ensuring your records and your conduct as a landlord comply with the laws that apply to you.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Renty for your personal or business property-management purposes. You retain ownership of the data and content you enter; you grant us a license to process and store it solely to provide and improve the app's features.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Renty. You may use the app offline without an account, or sign in with Apple or Google to enable backup and sync. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for the information you record about third parties such as tenants. You confirm that you have a lawful basis to store and process tenant information in Renty, and that your use of features like SMS reminders and emailed receipts complies with applicable laws. SMS and email are sent through your own device's apps, not by us.
Renty offers a free tier (limited to a single property) and a paid subscription, Renty Pro, which unlocks additional capacity and features. Pricing and terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings. Refunds are handled by the app stores under their respective policies.
You agree not to:
Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
The Renty name, design, and software remain the property of MindMelt Corp and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our permission.
Renty is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculations, reminders, or generated documents will meet every legal or accounting requirement. You are responsible for verifying important figures and keeping your own backups where appropriate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to Renty will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or US $50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or rental income.
You agree to indemnify and hold MindMelt Corp harmless from claims arising out of the data you enter, your conduct as a landlord, your breach of these Terms, or your use of third-party services integrated with the app.
You may stop using Renty and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or where necessary to protect the service or other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, notifying you in the app. Continued use of Renty after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
